This magnetic separator is specifically designed for beneficiation of weakly magnetic ferrous minerals and purification of non-ferrous minerals, including feldspar, quartzite, andalusite, chalk, magnesite, kyanite, bauxite, and more.  The multi-layer high-intensity magnetic separator comprises driving rollers, magnetic rollers, and a conveyor belt. During operation, as materials enter the magnetic field, ferrous particles are attracted by the magnetic rollers, while non-ferrous materials are discharged by gravity. This versatile equipment can function as a primary, secondary, or even finishing separator.  To enhance purification efficiency, the equipment is engineered with precise integration of magnetic force, gravitational action, and a controllable feeding system. It is particularly suitable for processing fine-grained materials.

Features

This equipment is designed for the continuous and automatic separation of paramagnetic minerals and fine ferrous minerals.  Constructed with high-grade magnetic materials boasting exceptional remanence and coercivity, it ensures a demagnetization rate of less than 1% every decade.  The working magnetic field intensity reaches 12,000 Gs, and multi-layer roller configurations are available. It is suitable for processing particles ranging in size from 0.03 to 3 mm.
