Application

Demagnetizers are used to break up magnetic balling or clumping that naturally occurs during multi-stage magnetic separation processes. By generating a continuous magnetic field, they disperse clumps, thereby enhancing separation efficiency and increasing concentrate grade.


Features

Utilizes a single coil to induce a core magnetic field with a constant, steady peak, enabling low power consumption while achieving effective demagnetization of materials.

Sortek incorporates highly wear-resistant materials in areas exposed to abrasive substances, ensuring durability.

The unique circuit design produces rectangular sine-wave voltages and continuous angular current waves, optimizing performance.

The coil-generated magnetic field decreases along an arc and alternates at high frequency, repeatedly magnetizing pulp with opposite polarities to gradually reduce magnetic force to zero.

The magnetic circuit adopts an imported IGBT module as the switching element, ensuring safe current alternation and continuous magnetic field oscillation—critical for consistent demagnetization.

The IGBT is integrated with the IPM and drive module, designed to prevent overcurrent, short circuits, voltage irregularities, and overheating.
