ADVANTAGES
With wear-resistant rubber adopted as the inner lining, its service life can be extended by 2-4 times. The involute feeding method via the inlet branch reduces the turbulence of the burst emanative flow during material entry, ensuring smooth liquid movement inside the cyclone and thus achieving precise classification. It features a reasonable structural design, with a high grading efficiency and minimal fluctuation in performance indicators.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The working principle of hydrocyclone is based on centrifugal sedimentation. When a two-phase (or three-phase) mixed liquid is fed into the hydrocyclone under a certain pressure, it generates a strong three-dimensional elliptical rotational motion. Due to the differences in particle density, the centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, and drag force acting on them vary accordingly. As a result, most coarse particles (or the heavy phase) are discharged through the underflow outlet of the cyclone, while fine particles (or the light phase) are discharged through the overflow pipe, thereby achieving effective separation.
